Supported equipment reports its own faults. Remote monitoring means a card reader that stops responding frequently gets flagged to us before anyone at your venue picks up a phone.
A guest amenity, run to the standard of the property
Guests arrive late, wait for rooms and look for something to do without leaving the building. A destination resort is weighing whether an outside operator can run a guest-facing amenity to its standard. We build the game room, carry the cost and keep it running.
We publish our splits. The industry doesn't.
Most of this industry treats the split as a negotiation to be won rather than a number to be shared. We take the opposite view: our revenue share structures are published, by category, on this website — before you ever speak to us.
If an operator won't show you their split, that is worth asking about. Not because every operator who declines is hiding something, but because you are entitled to know what you are agreeing to.
